The Office Events portfolio of brands has a long-established history of working closely with venues for special events and proudly built a bank of excellent agent booking partnerships.

How we do it

We work with venues of all shapes and sizes including country manors, museums, galleries, livery halls, major and boutique hotels, quirky bars and exclusive members clubs. Our broad range of services across the events industry means demand for venues takes us from live entertainment arenas to intimate villas and all in between.  

Our role can take different guises depending on the type of event.

Event Management

We can be on site to co-ordinate all suppliers on the day including entertainment, production, catering and security. We also look after the client on the day to maintain our account management role from the booking process to the event itself. 

Themed Production

We can install a theme for a one-off event such as weddings or private parties, or a full seasonal run, our most popular being for the duration of the Christmas party season. Our theme installations for venues are specially tailored to be easy to maintain and provide minimal disruption to the day-to-day operations of the venue. 

Booking Agent

The key areas of demand are within our Office Christmas and Office Summer brands. Summer venues must offer outdoor space - be this acres of grounds or a garden terrace or balcony. Christmas party venues can submit their Christmas party package information to the product team and find out more about getting your parties listed on the Office Christmas website.
