Behind the Scenes - The Theme Works Warehouse

In this instalment of our 'Behind the Scenes' series, we'll be taking you into the Theme Works warehouse. This is the home of our theming arm and houses all of the props, decorations, kit and equipment we use to bring our spectacular themed events to life.

In our fantastic photo gallery below, you'll see some of what we store in the warehouse and how we prepare to ensure that everything runs smoothly at the events themselves.

The warehouse sits further along the coast from our offices in Brighton and houses its own office where our unflappable team members Jennie and Kieran oversee our warehouse operations, prop building and vehice logistics.

Jennie says, "The build up to the Christmas season is a time to review our full kit inventory and prepare the rotas for drivers and loading crews as the various lorries are prepared for jobs all over the country.  In the weeks of the party season it becomes  phsyically very demanding as we're loading lorries returning from events at three in the morning and turning the vehicle around ready to go out a few hours later for a new event the same day. Resting bits of kit in our Props Hospital is essential to ensure our kits look in tip top condition throughout the busiest weeks of the year."
