Office Events speak to a lot of people about their events, and one interesting thing that resonates regardless of sector or size is that people don’t feel appreciated or rewarded for their hard work. One can argue that people are paid to do a job and should do exactly that. However, the modern workplace has become more demanding and competitive for both employers and employees, retention and reward of key staff plays a major role in business development.
Make an impact and reward good performance with an event. Plan an activity day out of the office and out of the city to breathe life into your workforce. Appreciation of staff creates a shared sense of pride and job satisfaction, winning hearts and minds of employees.
Management should be pushing for events budgets to speed up business growth and realise the potential of employees.
