Practice what we preach

Office Events consists of 27 staff.  We have, like most companies, operation staff and sales staff.  It is essential to grow and nurture the bond and communication between these very different teams.  Poor communication can strain staff relations, impacting on customer service and satisfaction too. 

Without regular team talks and outdoor events, the communication could quite easily be turned into competitive misunderstandings. 

Over the course of a year we will host a few parties to celebrate a good quarter, attend numerous Christmas parties (we are the UK’s biggest Christmas party agent as Office Christmas) and in the midst of summer we embark on a mid-year team away weekend.  An away weekend comprises of company talks, activities and a glass or few of wine. 

We truly believe we are only as good as our staff.  Looking after them means structured training, nurturing bonds and rewards for good performance.  These three elements grow us as a team, fostering an environment where outstanding performance is attractive to both staff and employers.
