The aim in this fun team activity is for the whole group to create a giant size replica of a famous painting. You don't have to be a skilled artist to take part, because part of the overall challenge involves completing a series of mini challenges which involve logical quizzes, puzzles, mental challenges, visual tasks and some engineering. 

Your group will be split into small teams of six to eight and each team works on their own canvas. Teams will not just need to paint, they will need to collect information, blue prints and paints to help them in their quest to complete the painting. At the end of the session the individual canvases will be joined together to create a famous painting.  

This activity emphasises the need to be aware of the 'bigger picture', rather than focusing on individual tasks, while building trust between people who work together, and demonstrating issues related to team dynamics, problem solving, time management, organisation, and leadership under time constraints.

And of course, your team will get to take their masterpiece back to the office with them afterwards.
