The Apprentice is one of the biggest TV shows on both sides of the pond.  Everyone is aware of the catchphrase "You're Fired" - now it's your turn to see if you can survive.  This has been designed to ensure successful team building, which encourages creative thinking, and emphasises the achievement of the group whilst incorporating an element of healthy competition.

Teams will compete in a pitch to win business based on an actual company brief. They will be hired and fired along the way by the BIG BOSS and his board members. 

Each team represents a marketing agency, who have been asked to pitch a bid to create a new shopping channel to sell the products of a particular company. Then, each team will present their ideas, marketing strategy, strap lines, mission statements, and support materials to the judges.  This will be followed by groups filming, live, a short snippet of their TV Channel.

Participants must be prepared for some constructive criticism as the judges start to fire teams.  At the end, a winning Apprentice team is chosen, and if there’s an individual who really stood out from the crowd, they will be crowned The Apprentice. 

This event is inspired by the television programme of the same name, but neither the BBC, NBC nor any of their affiliates have reviewed, approved or endorsed the content of this team building activity.
