This popular team building activity is a chance for your colleagues to pool their flair for innovation and creativity, while emphasising planning, communication, delegation and resource management skills. The activity leader will also observe and record all of the above, offering a worthwhile opportunity for your company to evaluate its staff's strengths and weaknesses in a unique and enjoyable way.

Mission: In teams, salvage some scrap, then design and construct your mystery machine from start to finish. You start with a finite amount of scrap, but if you run out of material, your team must complete fun challenges (Shooting, Games of Chance, Brain Teasers and so on) in order to buy more junk. Groups can make anything from a large working crane, to a spring loaded catapult - it's up to the team. To make it that little bit more of a challenge, the activity is also pitted against the clock.

Once the clock reaches zero, it's time to pit your mighty machines against each other, head-to-head, in the final competition. This team building event provides challenging exercises for varying group sizes, and can be scaled to meet specific criteria.
