Description

Using photography as a tool, a photography treasure hunt encourages people to think outside the box by interpreting clues and taking photographs as answers, inspiring them to take a fresh look at their surroundings.

Team members leave the event invigorated and full of ideas, ideas that become a part of their lives for days after, providing an ideal platform for encouraging creative thinking and building solid working relationships.  The most creative photographs are showcased in an awards ceremony. 

Armed with clues and a map, participants (teams of 2 - 4) are charged with deciphering the clues and taking photos as answers.  After an afternoon of creativity and camaraderie each group submits their handiwork and the judging begins.

A slideshow of all the days photographs is presented and prizes are awarded for teams who take the most inspired and original photos of the day.

The number of clues, the theme, the area and the timings are all flexible and we'll tailor these specifically to your requirements.

We can incorporate a slide-show and awards ceremony into a sit down evening dinner which adds a sense of occasion to proceedings, rewarding people for their hard work.  There are prizes awarded in various categories and a number of overall prizes such as best team, funniest and best overall photo.

The photographs produced on the day will be a fantastic visual record of the teamwork and creativity inspired by the activity and will be yours to use after the event.

Included

  • Event day management including staff and equipment.
  • Clue and theme research and development.
  • Design and printing of clues.
  • Provision of starter bags with clues, pens, A-Z (London only) for each team
  • Providing spare cameras for use on the day if necessary (up to 15) although we usually find that participants prefer to use their own
  • On-line event pages and gallery of photographs for your event (optional)
  • We create (password protected) event pages for you on a website and use these as a tool to get people excited prior to the event, give them all the relevant information and encourage them to bring props. The web pages will also showcase all the photos after the event.
  • We will provide certificates and badges for all winners.  The client is responsible for providing additional prizes if deemed necessary - these need be no more than a token - previous prizes have included, books, CD's vouchers, or even an hour off work!
  • We will print 10 selected photos for you at A4 size.
