Music Maker would work wonderfully alongside your conference or as part of a 'getting to know you' bonding event.  Music Maker targets increasing team productivity, boosting morale and encourages leadership skills.  This activity can also help identify your team’s strengths and weaknesses for future development.  No musical or video experience is required to participate.

A structured programme will be designed where you will meet strict deadlines, exchange roles, write and record a themed music track, then storyboard and shoot the accompanying video.  You will write you own music – don’t worry if you are tone deaf.  Experts will be on hand to help your overcome the hurdles in this unique and rewarding task.

In the afternoon, teams will draw up storyboards for the accompanying video, including costume and make-up ideas.  Delegates will star in their own videos.  Participants will take it in turns to direct each other, operate the camera and act; once again, assisted by one of our video professionals.

The music video can be played on a PC, uploaded to your company website, or you could email your creation to friends and colleagues.  Why not use this as a way to sing about your company?  You never know, you might even have the notoriety of producing the company song.
