For an evening of quality corporate entertainment, a murder mystery is ideal. Below is an outline from one of the many story options available:

You are all members of a secret society who are meeting to vote for your annual awards.  At the previous year's dinner, a suspicious accident meant the main award went to a surprise outsider.  You are hoping that this year's event runs smoothly, despite the rumours and suspicions. Inevitably, it does not.

The performance starts from the moment the first guest arrives and continues throughout the meal until coffee, when the investigator will unravel the plot and issue certificates for various categories of sleuth.

If you wish, you can decide beforehand who gets murdered and who is the murderer, and also who you would like to be involved with small parts to play.
