Now it's you and your colleagues' turn to walk the boards in this completely unique team building day.  'Curtains Up' is a great way to enhance trust within a team, awaken creativity and spontaneity, and improve inter-personal relationships, as well as communication and delegation skills.

On arrival your group will be divided into groups and given a budget of £500.  Each team's task will be to create their own individual production, including writing a script, creating costumes, make-up, purchasing props, organising a set, casting characters and nominating a director and producer.

Use your time wisely, as this is all against the clock, and the curtain will soon be going up.  As an added twist, each group will be given key words that they will have to incorporate into their script (these can be company related).  

You'll have everything available to you to get a performance together, so now it's time to indulge your theatrical passion and join the chorus line.  Once the clock has struck its final second, the curtains will go up, and it's time to take to the stage. As you can imagine, this is a hilarious but challenging way of bringing the team together. The event also incorporates numerous work-related benefits, as well as providing a fun, social activity outside of the office environment. 

A fantastic way to finish the day would be an Oscar Awards Ceremony, or a post production party - the choice is yours.
