Whatever your budget or itinerary, Office Events can organise overnight accommodation on your behalf.

Office Events have excellent relationships with many hotel chains around Europe, including Copthorne, Crowne Plaza, Hilton, Marriott, Ramada, and more. All accommodation enquiries will be quoted based on a 4* hotel single occupancy, including full English breakfast.

However, we are happy to deviate from the norm, and can arrange on your behalf anything from camp-sites, caravans and chalets (we have been asked for them) through to 5* deluxe hotels, boutique hotels, fully serviced apartments and even castles. 

Our online itinerary allows delegates to add themselves to an event or hotel, and we are also capable of booking multiple hotels for very large events with the minimum of fuss.
