As the name suggests, we will find a community challenge for your team to help a needy and worthwhile project in the local area. It could be repainting a village hall, mosaicing a bench, repairing monuments, tidying up gardens, creating a mural for a school or creating a set for a local drama group.

As well as providing a valuable contribution to the relevant community, this fun and worthwhile team building activity offers a range of benefits for participants too. Improve communication, learn new skills, and emphasise the point that strong, organised teamwork can produce the best results.

Each group will be given a budget to spend on materials. This is real money and the team will have to spend wisely, or they will jeopardise the whole project. Teams will also receive a brief from the project leader, a tool box, reference books, and a briefing document to get them started. After that, it's up to the team to make it work.
