In these foodie-friendly courses, your staff and colleagues will get the chance to learn from the best. Working hands on, preparing and tasting recipes, participants will enhance their cookery skills and create sumptuous dishes under expert guidance. 

We currently offer four different courses for your company to choose from:

• Programme 1 – Intensive Masterclass (with Jean-Christophe Novelli):

  A full day course working hands on, preparing and tasting recipes under the guidance of Jean-Christophe. The day can be also conducted in the 'Hell’s Kitchen' spirit, whereby two teams compete with each other - perfect for team building sessions. Students will receive a recipe folder, signed Everyday Novelli book, apron and certificate to take away with them.

• Programme 2 – Tasting & Demonstration (with Jean-Christophe Novelli):

  Students will spend an inspirational day at Jean-Christophe’s 14th century farm house watching the nation’s favourite French chef personally demonstrate some of his famous signature dishes. Although people will not be cooking directly, there will be plenty of scope for students to interact and ask questions, and of course, all meals will be sampled.

• Programme 3 – One Day Academy (with Steven Kitchen):

  This is a 'hands on' Academy day for those that prefer a more practical approach. Resident Academy chef Steven Kitchen will demonstrate a selection of Jean-Christophe’s recipes, and students will have the ability to participate fully in the preparation. This day can be themed or customised or include a competitive element as the client requires.

• Programme 4 – Two Day Hell’s Kitchen / Battle of the Chefs (with Steven Kitchen):

  A two day course hosted by Steven Kitchen and a second chef, designed to take students out of their daily working environment. Students will be split into competing teams. Day one will comprise a comprehensive training session with the chefs, while on day two, students are left to plan and prepare a three course lunch.
