Assault courses are great team building exercises.  They are also both physically and mentally demanding as all team members will have to work together, as one.  You must help each other over, under, and through various obstacles because your last team member over the line will count as your final time.

Swinging over water, climbing walls, stepping tyres, scrambling under nets, and more are all part of the fun as your team compete against your colleagues to be the first across the finish line, just like the Krypton Factor. 

Assault courses come in varying lengths and obstacles which are location specific.  They also make a great, energetic half day activity after a static conference session.
